Full cards are shown with the nominal 267 mm length and your measured 38.4 × 98 mm casing. Vents, fins, plug and cable geometry remain photo-informed approximations. There are no separate green seals: the marked outer and top connector rims have been removed. The lower and inner returns now have ramped undersides; local latch clearance remains. Estimated plug/latch insertion envelopes are clear in CAD; physical fit and airtightness are untested.

Steady RANS field: no fan swirl, no turbulence, no time history. Fin banks (and the bracket grille, when modelled) are porous zones, so particles cross them as a smoothed, superficial-velocity flow, not channel by channel. Fans are pressure boundaries or disks, not rotating blades.

Lumped network (duct estimate): ARCTIC P12 Pro chart scaled by the affinity laws, total pressure = static + ½ρ(Q/A)² once, stacked fans at 70 % of the ideal pressure gain, exhaust fan on its static curve plus the collector loss. System curve and rise fit are calibrated on three accepted CFD runs (2000/2500/3000 rpm, 9.3–15.5 L/s).

Peak base rise is the modeled heat-spreader base above intake air, not a GPU or HBM temperature. Noise is a speed-law rule of thumb, not P12 Pro acoustic data.

V24 derives the outer skin from the rounded air passage, so the V21–V23 fillets no longer leave 3–5 mm solid wedges in the walls. Convex passage edges are rounded (6 mm, fading before the GPU seat), the plate-to-body junction has a 3.5 mm fillet and the collars meet the body flush. Bores, collars, plate, sweeps and port clearance are unchanged. P1S/PETG: 183 min / 95.3 g. No airflow change is claimed.
