Full cards are shown with the nominal 267 mm length and your measured 38.4 × 98 mm casing. Vents, fins, plug and cable geometry remain photo-informed approximations. There are no separate green seals: the marked outer and top connector rims have been removed. The lower and inner returns now have ramped undersides; local latch clearance remains. Estimated plug/latch insertion envelopes are clear in CAD; physical fit and airtightness are untested.

Lumped network (duct estimate): ARCTIC P12 Pro chart scaled by the affinity laws, total pressure = static + ½ρ(Q/A)² once, stacked fans at 70 % of the ideal pressure gain, exhaust fan on its static curve plus the collector loss. System curve and rise fit are calibrated on three accepted CFD runs (2000/2500/3000 rpm, 9.3–15.5 L/s).

Peak base rise is the modeled heat-spreader base above intake air, not a GPU or HBM temperature. Noise is a speed-law rule of thumb, not P12 Pro acoustic data.

V29 narrows the latch notch beside each power-plug housing from 3.0 x 8.6 mm to 1.6 x 7.2 mm past the housing clearance, sized to the Molex Mini-Fit Jr plug (9.6 mm body, 11.6 mm over the latch) and the 6 mm latch notch of the card housing: the lever pad stands 0.4 mm proud of the housing, the hook swings 1.2 mm out to unlatch, plus 0.3 mm clearance. Exposed card face per card at the seat drops from 35.8 to 21.5 mm2. The housing clearance stays 0.3 mm per side. Everything else is V28. These latch numbers are estimated from the datasheet and photos: check the plug latches and unlatches before relying on it. P1S/PETG: 144 min / 67.7 g.
